Mo Hersi – cabaret ‘Double ego, the African man from Almere’
9 Sept
20:30
Spiegeltent ‘Peter’s Palace’, Camping Kosmos

Mo Hersi’s performance contains a humor-embedded, serious message: citizenship and cultural origin do not have to contradict each other. He gives his view on the story of diversity in the Netherlands and introduces the theater visitor to the world of his double ego, the African ‘Almeerder’. He does this with musical support from Oed player Nawras Altaky, who grew up in a Druze tribe in southern Syria and performed in Paradiso together with Caro Emerald. The men take you into a musical story with humor and an important message.
